Holiday Sidewinder

Loosely inspired by a night out gone awry in The West End, “Casino” tells a story about the superficial allure, but ultimate tragedy of a scene entrenched in greed, desperation, risk and ruin. After Holiday Sidewinder's original location was demolished a day before shooting the video, she jumped on the 4am Greyhound to Las Vegas and took fate into her own hands. The video ended up being shot by Sidewinder herself, “selfie”-style in the bathroom mirror of her hotel room at The Flamingo, interspersed with wanderings down the strips, food halls, street preachers and show girls. Her best friend edited the clip, aiming to capture the narcissistic, vacuous and visually frantic life of Vegas.
